Meditation Resources

Meditation can be challenging at times when our brains feel like it cannot stop thinking. Here are some resources I like to use to help me access a meditative state with more ease.

Binaural beats, when listened to through headphones for at least 7 minutes, have been scientifically proven to guide the brain into a meditative state.

Eckhart Tolle's meditations are so incredibly powerful as his peaceful energy field transmits through the phone and helps us access that deep meditative state easier.

Qigong can be great to help circulate energy in the body where there are emotions or stagnant energy present. It can help us embody and ground in ourselves before entering meditation.
